Dr Darien Feary
BVSc MS DipACVIM Dip.ACVECC
Specialist in Internal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care
Darien is a dual diplomate of the American Colleges of Veterinary Internal Medicine and Emergency & Critical Care. She is passionate about intensive care of all critically ill equine patients including neonatal foals. Based in the hospital at Horsley Park, Darien spends her days (and often nights) investigating and treating a huge range of medical cases from colics to cardiac issues, recumbent horses to respiratory disease and premature foals.
Darien grew up in Canberra competing in endurance events, something she still enjoys when not working in a veterinary capacity. She is also an official raceday veterinarian. Darien lives in the Northern beaches with her family - when not with horses, she can be found swimming in the ocean and exploring the bush around Sydney.
